Careers & Employability

At Windmill Hill, our aim is to prepare our students for the next stage in their lives; to be successful learners, responsible citizens and confident individuals.

We are passionate about supporting our young people towards preparation for adulthood; providing them with the independence, skills and confidence to pursue their ambitions, whether that be a path to employment, or to actively contribute, challenge and make a difference to their community.

Michelle Brett is the Careers & Employability Lead and oversees the Careers, Education, Information, Advice & Guidance (CEIAG) at Windmill Hill School.  We work with a number of partners, including the Transition Team at Luton council and an Enterprise Advisor to support, inspire and motivate students as they make decisions for Post 16.
